Job Description

The EnTec Operations Support team is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to support corporate employees and contractors, bridging the technology gap. The role involves managing server configurations, SaaS tools, and end-user tools, with a focus on customer satisfaction and driving technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations and projects, including new hire setups and technical support
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to guide them through issue resolution
  • Act as a front line for Network and Security teams, understanding their limitations
  • Escalate issues to tier 3 teams and collaborate on solutions
  • Map and document processes, procedures, and improvements
  • Work on projects related to Cybersecurity, HR, End User Engineering, AD/ADAS, and Vehicle Data Operations

Requirements

  • Experience with Enterprise Ticketing/Tracking systems (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Expert-level understanding of Windows, Ubuntu, and MacOS
  • Expert-level understanding of Linux/Ubuntu and its impact on performance
  • Framework knowledge of management systems (like Puppet)
  • 5+ years of providing support and engineering
  • Excellent written, in-person, and verbal communication skills
