The Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team in all areas, driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions to create an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and provide coaching to the sales team
Lead customer experience, including product demonstrations
Educate customers on brand values
Increase product knowledge and make recommendations
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors
Encourage open communication and promote teamwork
Manage cash handling and store opening/closing
Monitor employee breaks and review daily communications
Maintain a clean and organized store
Train team on inventory best practices
Ensure staff compliance with company standards
Requirements
1+ year of customer service and sales experience
Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training
Experience with problem-solving in customer service
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience with consultation-based customer service models (preferred)
Experience analyzing sales metrics (preferred)
Experience in skincare or cosmetics (preferred)
Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training (preferred)
Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages (preferred)
