This role involves expense report compliance, data analysis, process improvements, and supporting employees with T&E policies and tools, also contributing to broader finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process employee expense reports in Concur
  • Oversee corporate card administration
  • Record expenses into the ERP system
  • Obtain approvals and ensure policy compliance
  • Onboard and offboard employees in Concur
  • Oversee the Corporate Card inbox
  • Provide monthly T&E dashboards
  • Lead automation and efficiency initiatives
  • Solicit feedback to improve experience
  • Generate spend analyses
  • Maintain and update T&E policies
  • Assist the Accounts Payable team with various tasks
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in SAP Concur
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in data reconciliation
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
