As an Indirect Sales Team Lead at Constant Contact, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of Account Executives while also managing your own book of business to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales goals
Manage own sales pipeline and close new business opportunities
Analyze team performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost team productivity and drive revenue growth
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development
Ensure accountability by setting clear goals and tracking performance
Requirements
1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise environments
Strong understanding of solution-based selling
Passionate about mentoring others and creating a positive team culture
Structured, data-informed approach to sales and team management
Committed to the success of partners and delivering value
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
