Job Description

As an Indirect Sales Team Lead at Constant Contact, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of Account Executives while also managing your own book of business to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Manage own sales pipeline and close new business opportunities
  • Analyze team performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost team productivity and drive revenue growth
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development
  • Ensure accountability by setting clear goals and tracking performance

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling
  • Passionate about mentoring others and creating a positive team culture
  • Structured, data-informed approach to sales and team management
  • Committed to the success of partners and delivering value
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
