The Technical Account Manager will lead strategic technical relationships with utility and energy clients, acting as a technical advisor and liaison to drive value realization and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
Drive technical engagement and strategic alignment
Build and maintain relationships with customer technology leaders
Translate technical vision into outcomes
Provide architectural guidance
Guide system design, integrations, and configuration
Identify opportunities to unlock value
Provide regular reports and updates
Facilitate product rollouts and upgrades
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Triage and manage technical incidents
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting

Requirements
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
Experience in managing technical implementations
Strong technical background
Industry experience in Energy & Utilities is desirable
