Job Description

The Technical Account Manager will lead strategic technical relationships with utility and energy clients, acting as a technical advisor and liaison to drive value realization and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical engagement and strategic alignment
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer technology leaders
  • Translate technical vision into outcomes
  • Provide architectural guidance
  • Guide system design, integrations, and configuration
  • Identify opportunities to unlock value
  • Provide regular reports and updates
  • Facilitate product rollouts and upgrades
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Triage and manage technical incidents
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Experience in managing technical implementations
  • Strong technical background
  • Industry experience in Energy & Utilities is desirable
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Customer and quality focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
