The Technical Account Manager will lead strategic technical relationships with large utility and energy clients, acting as a technical advisor and liaison to drive technical engagement and value realization.
Responsibilities
Drive technical engagement and strategic alignment
Build and maintain relationships with customer technology leaders
Translate technical vision into outcomes
Provide architectural guidance
Drive solution design
Provide reports and updates on project status
Facilitate product rollouts and upgrades
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Triage and manage technical incidents
Guide configuration and usage decisions
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting
Manage co-development efforts
Align product and customer roadmaps
Act as a product advocate
Requirements
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
Experience in managing technical implementations
Strong technical background
Industry experience in Energy & Utilities is desirable
