Job Description

Fireblocks seeks a Compliance Associate to support Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) Compliance Programs for its regulated entities. The role involves onboarding and monitoring institutional customers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing financial crime risks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze customer documentation
• Conduct risk assessments
• Evaluate customer due diligence files
• Coordinate onboarding with stakeholders
• Track onboarding progress
• Review and disposition transaction monitoring alerts
• Investigate name screening alerts
• Conduct investigations into customer activity
• Assist in drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Support the design and implementation of onboarding workflows
• Assist in preparing for regulatory audits
• Maintain accurate records
• Stay current with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Interest in financial services, fintechs, or digital assets
• Knowledge of AML/KYC concepts
• Strong investigative and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
