Job Description

Oversee construction projects, ensuring execution, quality, timelines, and budgets. Manage projects from feasibility to close-out, act as a point of contact, and prepare project status reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects and repair projects
• Direct all phases of construction project management
• Act as the single point of contact for field execution
• Prepare/update project status reports and maintain files
• Track project performance
• Develop execution plan
• Maintain quality standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10 years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing multi-site/multi-state locations
• Experience with construction budgets and tracking systems
• Familiar with planning, operations, and manufacturing
• Advanced Microsoft Project and Excel skills
• Ability to perform ad-hoc projects
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Ability to work independently or among teams
• Operates with professionalism and integrity
• Must understand and comply with company regulations
• Must pass background checks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be approved by state badging agency
