Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for their RISE Dispensary to support and manage a diverse team, drive results, and deliver positive consumer experiences. The role involves managing customer experience, inventory operations, and team member development, with a path to becoming a General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary operations and ensure compliance
• Motivate team members to execute programs and promotions
• Oversee product inventory and financial records
• Maintain cash management protocols
• Manage order and expense processes
• Coach team members to deliver customer experiences
• Lead effective "Leader on Duty" shifts
• Execute omni-channel customer experience
• Coach team members to deliver loyalty goals
• Serve as a liaison to the local community
• Build and retain a high-performing team
• Support a culture of engagement
• Motivate team to exceed revenue targets
• Execute hourly scheduling
• Hold team members accountable
• Develop leaders and address performance issues
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting
• Experience with POS business operations
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass background checks
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Understand and comply with rules and regulations
• Solid understanding of Cannabis laws
• Proactive with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Open to constructive feedback
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to use standard office equipment and software
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Ability to resolve conflict and handle complaints
