Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager at RISE Dispensary to lead and manage a team, drive results, and deliver positive consumer experiences. The General Manager will oversee all dispensary activities, including customer service, inventory, safety, and team member experience. They will also serve as an ambassador in the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dispensary operations and ensure compliance
• Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs
• Manage product inventory, financial records, and compliance
• Maintain cash management protocols and daily reconciliation
• Manage order and expense management processes
• Coach leaders and team members to deliver positive customer experiences
• Ensure appropriate scheduling of the Leader on Duty
• Drive revenue through a seamless omni-channel customer experience
• Coach leadership team to deliver Loyalty goals and drive customer retention
• Serve as a liaison to the local community
• Build and retain a high-performing team
• Inspire a culture of engagement and performance
• Motivate team to exceed revenue targets
• Monitor staffing needs and ensure scheduling practices align to store labor goals
• Develop Leader and Team Member talent and address performance issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting
• Inventory control experience
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Reliable attendance
• 21 years or older
• Pass background checks
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Comply with all legal and company regulations
• Understand and comply with Cannabis laws
• Proactive with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills
• Meet timelines consistently and work under pressure effectively
