Green Thumb seeks a General Manager at RISE Dispensary to lead and inspire a team, drive results, and deliver positive consumer experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing dispensary operations, ensuring compliance, managing inventory, and fostering a culture of engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dispensary operations and ensure compliance
• Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs
• Manage product inventory and financial records
• Maintain cash management protocols
• Manage order and expense processes
• Coach leaders and team members to deliver positive customer experiences
• Drive revenue through omni-channel customer experience
• Build and retain a high-performing team
• Inspire a culture of engagement and performance
• Monitor staffing needs and ensure scheduling practices align to store labor goals
• Develop Leader and Team Member talent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting
• Inventory control experience
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass background checks
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Understand and comply with all legal and company regulations
• Proactive with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to resolve conflict and handle complaints
