The Leader in Training (LIT) is an adaptable part of the RISE Dispensary leadership team that prioritizes delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences. As part of the leadership team, you have a key role in actively supervising the dispensary’s daily operations, communicating priorities to team members, and optimizing the customer journey. The role puts you on a fast track to growth and is a developmental step to becoming Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing dispensary operations and ensuring compliance
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels
• Overseeing deliveries and inventory management
• Leading team members in executing programs and promotions
• Demonstrating proper cash handling
• Motivating team members to deliver positive customer experiences
• Providing active supervision and redirecting behaviors
• Facilitating omni-channel customer experience
• Leading team members to deliver Loyalty goals
• Delegating tasks during shifts
• Building and retaining a high-performing team
• Providing coaching and feedback to team members
• Facilitating team member badging process
• Coordinating scheduling of team members' shifts

Requirements

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience
• One year in a supervisory role
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass background checks
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb's policies
• Solid understanding of Cannabis laws
• Proactive with strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Open to constructive feedback
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to use standard office equipment and software
• Highly motivated and self-directed
