The Leader in Training (LIT) is an adaptable and essential part of the RISE Dispensary leadership team that prioritizes delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences. As part of the leadership team, you have a key role in actively supervising the dispensary’s daily operations, communicating priorities to team members, and optimizing the customer journey. As a Leader in Training, you will gain subject matter expertise as you rotate through critical dispensary functions supporting operations, experience, and people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations and ensure compliance
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Oversee deliveries and inventory management
• Execute programs and promotions
• Demonstrate proper cash handling
• Lead team members to deliver customer experiences
• Facilitate omni-channel customer experience
• Lead team members to deliver Loyalty goals
• Build and retain a high-performing team
• Provide coaching and feedback
• Facilitate team member badging process
• Coordinate scheduling of team members' shifts

Requirements

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass background checks
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies
• Solid understanding of Cannabis laws and regulations
• Proactive with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills
• Meet timelines consistently and work under pressure effectively
• Open to constructive feedback
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to use standard office equipment and computer software
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative
