RISE Personal Care Specialists interact with patients and/or customers, connecting them with suitable products. They require knowledge of the menu to assist customers. Responsibilities include product education, sales floor maintenance, and compliance with regulations.

• Educate patients on products and consumption methods
• Recommend products based on needs
• Maintain product knowledge

• Verify order deliveries
• Support management in retail operations
• Enforce cannabis regulations
• Stock sales floor
• Maintain files
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Complete duties at assigned workstations

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Reliable attendance
• 21 years or older
• Pass background checks
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Comply with cannabis industry regulations
• Ability to perform physical tasks for prolonged periods
• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to learn about cannabis
• Ability to establish working relationships
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with POS systems
• Understanding of cannabis laws and regulations
• Ability to follow instructions
