Job Description

RISE Personal Care Specialists interact with patients and customers, offering product recommendations and ensuring a positive retail experience. They educate on products, consumption methods, and safety, while maintaining store operations and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers
• Educate patients on products and consumption methods
• Recommend products based on needs
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain sales floor and stock
• Assist in order verification
• Support management team
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Perform duties at assigned workstations

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Meet scheduling requirements
• Reliable attendance
• 21 years or older
• Pass background checks
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Compliance with cannabis industry regulations
• Ability to perform physical tasks for prolonged periods
• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to learn about cannabis
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with POS systems
• Understanding of cannabis laws and regulations
