Job Description

Personal Care Specialists engage in one-on-one interactions with patients and/or customers, connecting them with the right products and methods of consumption. They are experts in the menu, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers
• Educate patients/customers on products and consumption methods
• Recommend safe and effective regimens
• Promote a positive work environment
• Verify order deliveries
• Support management in retail operations
• Enforce cannabis regulations
• Maintain sales floor and ensure compliance
• Maintain hard copy files
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Complete duties at assigned workstations

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 or older
• Pass background checks
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Comply with cannabis industry regulations
• Ability to perform physical tasks for prolonged periods
• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to learn about cannabis
• Ability to establish working relationships
• Effective communication skills
• Previous experience with POS systems
• Understanding of cannabis laws and regulations
• Ability to follow instructions
