Job Description

Entersekt is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, nurture, and qualify target accounts for the sales organization. The SDR will engage with prospects, understand their needs, and qualify them for innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers
  • Develop understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Initiate outbound communication through various channels
  • Craft tailored messaging addressing prospect needs
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture interest
  • Articulate company's value proposition
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs
  • Secure introductory meetings for the commercial team
  • Transition qualified leads to sales
  • Log activities in CRM
  • Maintain an organized pipeline
  • Track and meet KPIs
  • Adhere to sales development processes
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge
  • Participate in training and meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams
  • Stay updated on best practices

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with FinTech landscape is a plus
