Job Description

The Materials Operations Manager will support the Supply Chain Director in managing materials, warehousing, and delivery for production. Responsibilities include process optimization, budget control, stakeholder communication, resource management, and risk management. The role requires experience in operations, lean material flow, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor department budgets and control costs
• Provide updates to internal teams and leadership
• Manage materials, labor, and equipment
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Coordinate between operations teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of operations experience
• Strong understanding of lean material flow
• Experience leading teams
• Experience in driving continuous improvement
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance
