Job Description

KAYAK is seeking an IT Support Engineer to configure and support end-user computers and corporate IT services. The role involves providing on-site and remote support, managing IT assets, and participating in IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to on-site and remote KAYAK employees
  • Monitor and resolve requests in a timely manner
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support and maintain office hardware
  • Assist with IT asset and endpoint management
  • Maintain and create internal process documentation
  • Provide technical support for company-wide meetings and events
  • Participate in company-wide IT projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support or similar role
  • User-focused approach with a problem-solving mentality
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and Macs
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization ability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of IT Security standard processes
  • Knowledge of networking basics
  • Experience with Google Workspace Apps and Admin Console, Okta Administration, JAMF and Intune, Freshservice Ticketing System, Slack Administration, Windows Active Directory, Terminal, Powershell, or scripting languages
