KAYAK is seeking an IT Support Engineer to configure and support end-user computers and corporate IT services. The role involves providing support to employees, managing IT assets, and participating in IT projects.
Responsibilities
Provide support to on-site and remote employees
Monitor and resolve requests in a timely manner
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Support and maintain office hardware
Assist with IT asset and endpoint management
Maintain and create internal process documentation
Provide technical support for company-wide meetings and events
Participate in company-wide IT projects and initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT Support or similar role
User-focused approach with a problem-solving mentality
Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and Macs
Strong multitasking and prioritization ability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of IT Security standard processes
Knowledge of networking basics
Experience with Google Workspace Apps and Admin Console, Okta Administration, JAMF and Intune, Freshservice Ticketing System, Slack Administration, Windows Active Directory, Terminal, Powershell, or scripting languages
