Vacasa is seeking hard-working, energetic employees to maintain vacation homes as a Property Caretaker, including housekeeping, deep cleaning, organizing, and corresponding with local and central teams. Hours vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations in assigned location managing a specific portfolio of properties
• Manage an efficient and high-quality team
• Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns
• Develop and grow a relationship with property owners
• Perform light home maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections
• Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics
• Manage a budget for your portfolio
• Resolve escalated guest and homeowner concerns
• Partner and assist Business Development Representative
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships
• Provide cross-coverage for manager or peers
