Job Description

Vacasa seeks a hardworking and enthusiastic Front Desk Specialist to be the welcoming face for guests, vendors, and homeowners at the local management office. This seasonal position involves administrative tasks, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners
  • Handle incoming and occasional outbound calls, responding to emails or chats
  • Assist with creating and delegating maintenance and housekeeping tickets
  • Verify unit availability for scheduling vendor or realtor visits
  • Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics
  • Build and maintain business relationships with internal support teams
  • Perform other tasks as needed
