Job Description

Vacasa seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks and support the quality of their vacation homes. The role involves varied hours, general repairs, preventative maintenance, responding to guest issues, and coordinating with service providers.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects
• Ensure homes are well maintained
• Respond to guest maintenance issues
• Establish and maintain relationships with team members
• Maintain hot tubs
• Collect and remove trash and debris
• Ensure follow through on maintenance tasks
• Maintain required Maintenance Metrics
• Coordinate with third-party service providers
• Attend meetings

Requirements

• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and personal email address
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Ability to see projects through to completion
• Ability to assess problems and provide solutions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with computers and smart devices
