Job Description

Join Human Interest as an Inside Sales Representative to build a sales pipeline, introduce retirement plans to small businesses, and help them become Human Interest customers. You will be a pioneering member of the inside sales team, working full cycle deals from inception to close and consistently exceeding your quota.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and communicate Human Interest’s offering
  • Work full cycle deals from inception to close
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline
  • Identify target companies and personas
  • Consistently exceed quota
  • Develop strategies to target prospects
  • Adapt and learn to increase rate of connecting with prospects
  • Effectively use Salesforce.com and other sales tools

Requirements

  • Documented success in meeting or exceeding targets
  • Desire to grow in sales
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM
  • Prior sales and/or SaaS experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative, resourceful, thoughtful, and passionate
  • Highly motivated, curious, humble, and willing to take risks
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels
