Grafana Labs seeks a Senior Commercial Account Executive to prospect and grow business across the USA, identifying and closing opportunities with existing customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data using a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage
Meet and exceed sales goals
Manage all aspects of the sales process
Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce
Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement
Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
Adaptable with experience in high velocity technology companies
Experience using Salesforce
Familiarity with open source technology is an advantage
Excellent communicator in all channels
Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
