Job Description

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a consumer-obsessed integrated marketing leader to build the brand in today's landscape. The Director will develop global go-to-market strategies, collaborate on consumer engagement tactics, partner with product marketing, lead the internal creative team, and ensure cohesive consumer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global go-to-market strategy and consumer engagement frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in brand, consumer or integrated marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies
  • Deep understanding of brand and product narratives
  • Familiar with building brand strategies, omni channel execution, social, influencer, events & activations, partnerships, PR & VIP, trade marketing and the creative development process
