Job Description

As a Director for Mortgage Accounts, you will manage a sales team focused on penetrating the mortgage lending market. This role is critical for scaling impact across major lenders and achieving growth targets. The ideal candidate has experience building and leading successful sales teams, familiarity with mortgage lending sales, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue growth by building processes and cadences for pipeline development and whitespace penetration
  • Lead a sustainable revenue strategy to meet targets
  • Optimize day-to-day sales activities to maximize revenue conversion
  • Lead annual strategy planning and sales, including account segmentation, territory assignment, financial targets, quotas, compensation plans, organizational design, and capacity modeling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial opportunities and identify areas of improvement
  • Lead a team of experienced and successful sellers
  • Recruit, inspire, lead, mentor, and motivate the sales organization

  • Set and review KPIs and conduct quarterly check-ins

Requirements

  • 15+ years of full-cycle sales or sales leadership experience, selling technology solutions to financial institutions
  • Exceptional sales instincts to fine-tune a sales engine
  • Proven success in bringing in new business and optimizing existing opportunities
  • Excellent people leadership skills
  • Strong internal network and support
  • Strong understanding of using data to make informed decisions
  • Experience closing new business accounts and/or managing existing accounts with large global/multi-national customers
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite
  • General knowledge in common sales practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
