Job Description

As a Director for Mortgage Accounts, you will manage a sales team focused on penetrating the mortgage lending market. This role is critical for scaling impact across major lenders and achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue growth through pipeline development and whitespace penetration
  • Lead a sustainable revenue strategy that consistently meets targets
  • Advocate for supporting functions to ensure the team has resources
  • Optimize day-to-day sales activities to maximize revenue conversion
  • Lead annual strategy planning and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial opportunities
  • Lead a team of experienced sellers
  • Recruit, inspire, lead, mentor, and motivate the sales organization

  • Set and review KPIs and conduct quarterly check-ins

Requirements

  • 15+ years of full-cycle sales or sales leadership experience
  • Experience selling technology solutions to financial institutions
  • Exceptional sales instincts
  • Proven success in bringing in new business and optimizing existing opportunities
  • Excellent people leadership skills
  • Strong internal network
  • Strong understanding of using data
  • Experience closing new business accounts and/or managing existing accounts
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite
  • General knowledge in common sales practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
