As a Director for Mortgage Accounts, you will manage a sales team focused on penetrating the mortgage lending market. This role is critical for scaling impact across major lenders and achieving growth targets.
Responsibilities
Drive new revenue growth through pipeline development and whitespace penetration
Lead a sustainable revenue strategy that consistently meets targets
Advocate for supporting functions to ensure the team has resources
Optimize day-to-day sales activities to maximize revenue conversion
Lead annual strategy planning and sales
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial opportunities
Lead a team of experienced sellers
Recruit, inspire, lead, mentor, and motivate the sales organization

Requirements
15+ years of full-cycle sales or sales leadership experience
Experience selling technology solutions to financial institutions
Exceptional sales instincts
Proven success in bringing in new business and optimizing existing opportunities
