Rowan is seeking a Piercing Studio Nurse to provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences. The nurse will perform piercings with care, educate customers on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment. The role involves customer service, studio support, inventory management, and sales, with a focus on creating memorable experiences and achieving studio metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and joyful ear-piercing experiences
• Ensure customer safety and comfort
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Educate customers on aftercare
• Conduct ear evaluations and offer styling advice
• Maintain a sterile environment
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines
• Support studio metrics and sales
• Address and escalate operational concerns

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License
• Professional customer care approach
• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Skilled in providing information to customers
• Interest in retail environment with sales goals
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Flexible schedule availability
