Job Description

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to be a technical advisor to Enterprise prospects and customers, supporting sales and driving expansion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting multiple verticals, active listening, building solutions, and demonstrating technical expertise with a customer-centric focus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical lead in sales process
  • Translate complex requirements into solutions
  • Conduct customer presentations and demonstrations
  • Develop and present technical proposals
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships
  • Build champions to win deals
  • Act as liaison between client and internal teams
  • Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends
  • Lead technical responses to security questionnaires
  • Travel for customer meetings and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering role
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms
  • Experience leading proof of concepts
  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks
  • Strong technical background in SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
