Job Description

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will be a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise prospects and customers, serving as a critical part of the Enterprise sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting multiple verticals and excel in active listening, building solutions, and demonstrating profound technical expertise with a customer-centric focus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical lead in sales process
  • Translate complex requirements into solutions
  • Conduct customer-facing presentations
  • Partner with account executives to develop proposals
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Build champions to win deals
  • Act as a liaison between client and internal teams
  • Maintain deep product and industry knowledge
  • Lead or support technical responses to security questionnaires and RFPs
  • Travel as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of solutions engineering or related experience
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms
  • Experience leading proof of concepts
  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks
  • Strong technical background in SDLC, cloud architecture or DevOps
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
