Job Description

The Senior Compliance Analyst will support the consumer compliance team by providing product advisory for newly created products and work to get them approved by our bank partner while contributing to the enhancement of our compliance processes and systems. This role is a hybrid role – with 3 days a week in office expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advisory services for new consumer products
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Servicing & Collections to ensure compliance
• Review bank partner implementation logs and approve required elements
• Develop compliance controls and monitoring mechanisms
• Provide status updates to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years professional experience
• CFE, CIA, CRCM, or other professional certifications preferred
• Knowledge of consumer lending regulations (ECOA, FCRA, TILA, FDCPA, UDAP, GLBA/Privacy, OFAC)
• Experience providing compliance advisory to business teams
• Ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
