Job Description

The Customer Engagement Advocate (CEA) creates a concierge-level experience for members navigating the surgical continuum, engaging and selling the value of the service, answering questions, and coordinating care. CEAs build relationships, provide education, and ensure members feel supported.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging and educating members on the Surgery offering
  • Coordinating appointments and travel
  • Assisting with provider selection
  • Following up, resolving, and documenting issues
  • Working with sensitive information while maintaining PPI requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, High school diploma required
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service/service center and/or sales enablement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively organize work activities to meet deadlines
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
