Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager, K12 will be responsible for creating and managing a new sales pipeline, and closing new sales pipeline within the assigned territory for Parchment K12 products. This role involves driving new client adoption and cross-selling products to the existing network, targeting Directors of Student Services, Registrars, Principals, and Superintendents. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven record in SaaS Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and deliver new meetings weekly
  • Plan and execute territory strategy with SDR
  • Generate new sales opportunities weekly
  • Maintain opportunities with accurate data
  • Attain annual quota
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Create and maintain quarterly territory plan
  • Execute prospecting methodology
  • Manage SaaS portfolio sales
  • Continually learn about new products
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast reporting
  • Keep abreast of competition
  • Attend sales meetings and trade shows
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Conduct contract negotiations
  • Upsell and sell additional products
