Job Description

Natera is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the on market management and early research of transplant biomarker products and services for the organ health business unit. This position will drive the evolution of innovative products to address the unmet needs of clinical providers and grow leadership in post transplant diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Gather data to define customer needs and craft product concepts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ideate and evaluate new product concepts
• Be accountable for the post transplant product suite
• Develop relationships with key KOLs and provide competitive analysis
• Lead the team in building long-term business plans
• Understand the competition and articulate product differentiation
• Provide thought leadership on new product/business ideas
• Evaluate, prioritize, and communicate the roadmap for new pipeline products

Requirements

• Strong leader with ability to transform innovative ideas into impactful products
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of product management with at least 10 years overall experience
• Experience developing and commercializing diagnostics, medical devices, and/or medical software
• Prior experience developing and managing regulated products for clinical use and research use
• Experience developing software products based on genomic, bioinformatic, or clinical data sets
• Experience with all parts of the product lifecycle
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, and problem-solver
