Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will prospect, qualify, and generate customer leads to assist in Veza’s overall business growth. You will partner with internal stakeholders to help CISOs across markets recognize Veza’s impact in their data security and SaaS security.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and set meetings that convert to qualified opportunities in the sales pipeline
  • Partner with AE's to determine the strategy for assigned target accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing on Account Based campaigns
  • Have a deep understanding of the current customer business and how Veza can help
  • Meet and exceed minimum KPIs on a daily basis
  • Achieve or exceed the pipeline goals and number of Qualified Opportunities
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts
  • Research and build new and existing accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Motivation for a career in sales
  • An innate curiosity to learn
  • Ability to succeed alongside teammates
  • Proven written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with being able to learn from rejection
  • Former sales experience
  • Prospecting software experience
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers
