The Enablement Manager will assist in all case operations within legal teams, providing training, management, and productivity for case staff across multiple regions to ensure peak business performance.
Responsibilities
Oversee and develop litigation staff, driving performance in alignment with objectives
Monitor and enforce compliance, promoting a positive work environment
Enforce operational goals and monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards
Resolve roadblocks by managing support from other departments
Audit case files to ensure efficiency and metric achievement
Establish and execute processes for auditing performance
Review metrics to identify areas of improvement
Facilitate case staff training with the Learning and Development Team
Guide staff to negotiate claims proactively
Contribute to team strategic initiatives and build shared standards
Communicate firm goals and vision
Onboard new hires and facilitate shadowing
Build relationships with case staff and attorneys
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of paralegal or litigation experience in personal injury
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Ability to work independently and in a group setting
Adaptability, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
