The Enablement Manager will assist in all case operations within legal teams, providing training, management, and productivity for case staff across multiple regions, ensuring peak business operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee and develop litigation staff
Monitor and enforce compliance
Enforce operational goals and monitor performance
Resolve roadblocks for case staff
Audit case files
Establish and execute processes for auditing performance
Review metrics to identify areas of improvement
Facilitate case staff training
Guide case staff to negotiate claims
Contribute to team strategic initiatives
Communicate firm goals and vision
Onboard new hires
Build relationships with case staff and attorneys
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of paralegal or litigation experience
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of change management principles
Ability to work independently and in a group setting
