Job Description

The Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand strategies for THC-infused beverages, enhancing brand visibility and consumer loyalty. This hybrid role in Chicago involves managing marketing campaigns, driving engagement, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing brand positioning strategy
  • Contribute to brand initiatives to increase visibility
  • Support maintaining brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • Support the creation and management of brand communications
  • Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with teams to activate the beverage brand at events
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams
  • Assist in conducting market analysis
  • Help generate insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor and report on brand performance
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Compliance teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain consistency
  • Support training initiatives for the sales team
  • Assist in managing the brand marketing budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in brand management or marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing and brand development
  • Ability to manage projects and execute campaigns
  • Solid analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Must pass required background checks
  • Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
