Job Description

AXS is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social, to manage a $1-2M annual paid social marketing budget across hundreds of campaigns and spanning thousands of events, utilizing expertise in Meta, TikTok and Snap, as well as scalability and automation platforms such as Smartly or Hunch.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor paid social campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Adjust audience targeting strategies
  • Design and structure campaigns for each social platform
  • Integrate automation and scalability tools
  • Review KPIs and campaign pacing
  • Build and maintain dashboards
  • Analyze campaign results
  • Develop and execute A/B testing plans
  • Collaborate with the Director of Paid Media

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of paid social marketing experience
  • Proven track record of diagnosing performance issues
  • Experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns
  • Experience leading or managing a team
  • Advanced understanding of paid social fundamentals
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets
  • Proficiency in leveraging automation tools
  • Meticulous approach to campaign setup and budget management
  • Understanding of media planning principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling simultaneous campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency with Meta and Tiktok Ads Managers
  • Proficiency with web analytics/BI tools
  • Proficiency with design tools
  • Proven success with A/B test design and optimization
