Job Description

AXS is seeking a Senior Manager, Programmatic Display, to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will oversee a $1–2M annual budget across hundreds of campaigns and multiple DSPs. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the setup, optimization, and performance analysis of programmatic display campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch programmatic display campaigns
  • Implement automation and dynamic creative tools
  • Optimize bids and targeting
  • Review campaign KPIs
  • Build and maintain dashboards
  • Analyze campaign data
  • Develop and execute A/B testing plans
  • Align campaign strategies with business goals
  • Identify workflow automation opportunities
  • Stay current on industry trends

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of programmatic display experience
  • Experience developing and optimizing paid campaigns
  • Experience managing ads on YouTube and Spotify
  • Experience leading a team
  • Understanding of programmatic display fundamentals
  • Understanding of pixel and conversion tracking
  • Ability to analyze data and develop dashboards
  • Proficiency in automation tools
  • Meticulous approach to campaign setup
  • Understanding of media planning principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with DV360, The Trade Desk, and other DSPs
  • Proven success with A/B test design and optimization
  • Proficiency with web analytics/BI tools
