Job Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, test, and validate Battery Management Systems (BMS) for autonomous vehicles. The role involves vehicle-level integration, full lifecycle PCB design, developing system diagrams, conducting design reviews, and performing testing (lab, ground, and flight).

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and validation of Battery Management Systems (BMS)
• Vehicle-level integrations and complete lifecycle design
• Full cycle PCB design
• Develop system interconnect diagrams
• Conduct peer-level design reviews
• Build and test engine system components
• Root cause analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience
• Strong background in circuit design
• Previous experience working on BMS or in the automotive industry
• Design experience in power electronics
• Competence with test equipment
• Familiarity with standard interfaces (CAN, I2C, SPI)
• Experience with electronic CAD tools (Altium preferred)
• Experience in EMI testing
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
