Job Description

The Agents Product Strategist will build and shape the future of AI agent technology in the military. You will work on our most ambitious product and customer deployments, directly focusing on conceptualizing and rapidly prototyping AI agents to solve real-world mission problems. You will forward deploy alongside military users to deeply understand mission-critical challenges, and partner with engineering to build and scale innovative agent-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and shape the future of AI agent technology in the military
• Identify important mission problems with users that we can solve with AI agents
• Solve these problems and generate meaningful mission outcomes
• Develop a thesis for a broader program that extends the work you do to other groups
• Help our business development team win program deals

Requirements

• A track record of creatively scoping ambiguous problems
• Strong ability to conceptualize novel AI agent applications
• Deep and current knowledge of AI capabilities and emerging trends
• Technical aptitude to prototype and rapidly validate AI agent systems
• Bias towards achieving outcomes
• Ability to work autonomously and set your own goals
• Ability to learn quickly
• Grit and creativity to keep going when faced with a roadblock
• Active TS / SCI Clearance is a plus but not needed
