Job Description

Plaid seeks a strategic HRBP leader to partner with the COO, Head of Revenue, and Go-To-Market leadership. The role involves providing guidance, defining HRBP practices, and supporting the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic partnership and counsel to senior business leaders
  • Partner with leaders on building out new teams
  • Collaborate with COE teams to design and implement programs
  • Coach and develop leaders
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions
  • Identify and implement solutions for development, performance, and retention
  • Mentor and coach other members of the COE teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of HR client support experience with 5 years as an HRBP in a high-growth environment
  • Track record of success partnering with senior leaders
  • Strong experience with organizational scaling and design
  • Ability to drive people programs
  • Experience partnering with Go-To-Market leaders
  • Experience issue spotting and advising on solutions
  • Analytically driven with experience in root cause analysis
  • A team player with low ego and highly collaborative
