Plaid seeks a strategic HRBP leader to partner with the COO, Head of Revenue, and Go-To-Market leadership. The role involves providing guidance, defining HRBP practices, and supporting the company's growth.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic partnership and counsel to senior business leaders
Partner with leaders on building out new teams
Collaborate with COE teams to design and implement programs
Coach and develop leaders
Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions
Identify and implement solutions for development, performance, and retention
Mentor and coach other members of the COE teams
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of HR client support experience with 5 years as an HRBP in a high-growth environment
Track record of success partnering with senior leaders
Strong experience with organizational scaling and design
Ability to drive people programs
Experience partnering with Go-To-Market leaders
Experience issue spotting and advising on solutions
Analytically driven with experience in root cause analysis
A team player with low ego and highly collaborative
