Job Description

The Partner Success Associate will support Senior Account Managers in running cause marketing and employee engagement campaigns with Kiva’s corporate partners. This role involves managing partner inquiries, supporting campaign launches, and assisting with operations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries for partner support
  • Support campaign planning and launching
  • Correspond with partners to encourage fund activation
  • Monitor automated funding programs
  • Assist in managing relationships with corporate partners
  • Assist in written communication for partners
  • Assist with campaign material creation
  • Test, troubleshoot, and document new product launches
  • Own back-end account creation and setup
  • Support in partner feedback and new product testing
  • Manage quarterly reporting processes
  • Analyze and synthesize partner performance data
  • Aid in data integrity of partner campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for creating efficiencies
  • Maintain and improve tools and processes
  • Support on special projects

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of operations, account management, or project management experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, technology-oriented organization
  • Operationally focused and excited about process improvements
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Passion for the mission and financial inclusion
