Job Description

Experienced and detail-oriented AV Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of audio-visual projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage AV installation projects
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, designers, and technicians
• Manage procurement and logistics of AV equipment
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety standards
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
• Conduct project meetings and reviews
• Track project costs and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure AV systems are tested and delivered
• Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management (preferably in AV)
• Strong understanding of AV systems
• PMP or similar certification (a plus)
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel
