Job Description

Lead a team focused on developing integrated circuits for high-performance mixed-signal systems. The role involves 25% management and 75% technical contributions, including resource allocation, talent acquisition, performance enhancement, and strategic planning. Technical contributions will focus on areas like precision analog, data converters, digital RTL-to-GDS, frequency synthesizers, tunable filters, or subthreshold logic.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading highly trained technical staff
• Experience with resource allocation and management
• Experience with line management functions (job descriptions, hiring, feedback)
• 8+ years of experience designing integrated circuits across various processes (CMOS, SOI, SiGe BiCMOS, InP)
• Competency with IC design environments (Cadence tools)
• MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance
