Job Description

Contribute technical expertise to a team developing next-generation RF/mmWave subsystems. Design, model, implement, and integrate mechanical and thermal solutions for advanced RF prototypes. Work with RF and electrical engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design mechanical and thermal assemblies
  • Perform thermal and structural analysis
  • Lead development of mechanical assemblies and thermal management systems
  • Prepare documentation (design specifications, drawings, tolerance analysis)
  • Support design reviews and implement design for manufacturing
  • Oversee fabrication and testing of assemblies

Requirements

  • Proficient with SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of GD&T
  • Experience with FEA analysis tools (Ansys or COMSOL)
  • 4+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and testing mechanical assemblies and/or thermal management systems
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and thermal design principles
  • Understanding of structural and thermal analysis and fluid dynamics
  • Familiarity with MILSPEC standards
  • Proficiency in using computers and engineering workstations
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • US Citizen
