Job Description

As a Client Partner at Smartly, you will use your consultative instincts to accelerate business growth by leading key strategic accounts and performance advertisers. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand consumer needs, and deliver value-based solutions. You will become a trusted advisor, focusing on customer success to achieve mutual positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Align on and influence strategic objectives
  • Plan with customer decision makers and partners
  • Help customers drive alignment and identify bottlenecks
  • Share responsibility for account and key customer initiative plans with CSM
  • Coordinate execution by setting goals and priorities
  • Create feedback channels within the account
  • Ensure product roadmap alignment
  • Form relationships with customer partners
  • Own revenue forecasting and target setting
  • Own pipeline and opportunity management
  • Close opportunities and make progress with strategic account planning

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ad-tech/mar-tech, growing strategic accounts; experience with Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, etc. is an advantage
  • Ability to lead, organize, and run a key account team
  • Driven by sales, account expansion, and helping partners achieve targets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with various audiences, including C-level decision-makers
  • Strong desire to learn about the product to effectively sell
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding quota
