Job Description

The HR Operations Manager ensures a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle by overseeing and strategically applying employee data. This includes managing onboarding, role and compensation changes, performance reviews, and offboarding. The role also involves managing the HR Help Desk, HR systems and technology, data analysis and reporting, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee life cycle data (onboarding, changes, reviews, offboarding); develop processes for positive employee experience; manage employee records and data privacy
  • Oversee HR Help Desk, provide support, and report on metrics
  • Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, performance tools); identify process improvements and automation
  • Analyze HR data, identify trends, and develop/maintain key HR metrics and reports
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company
  • HR Management certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
